Understand charges on your account

What makes up your regular monthly invoice: your plan price, line fees, and taxes.

Every monthly invoice is built from the same few pieces. Once you know them, your bill reads in ten seconds.

The anatomy of your monthly bill

  1. Plan price, per line. The flat monthly rate for each line on your account. Two lines, two plan charges.
  2. Line fees. Small recurring regulatory and network fees attached to each active line — every carrier has them, and they recur monthly.
  3. Taxes. State and local taxes on wireless service, set by where you live, not by us. Two members in different cities will see slightly different totals on identical plans.
  4. Add-ons, if any. Optional extras you've asked for, like international calling, appear as their own line.

Your total is simply the sum: (plan × lines) + line fees + taxes + add-ons.

Why the total can shift slightly

  • Your first invoice carries a one-time activation fee — explained here.
  • You added or removed a line — partial-month timing can make one invoice look different before it settles.
  • Local tax rates changed — occasionally jurisdictions adjust rates; not our doing, sadly.
  • You added an add-on mid-month.

If a charge doesn't make sense

Your invoices are always available in your Wizard account. If any line item looks wrong or unfamiliar, email us at support@wizardperks.com with the invoice and the line in question — we'll either explain it plainly or fix it.
