Billing and payments
The card you checked out with is the one on your account, and autopay is on by default.
Billing with Wizard is deliberately boring: one card, one monthly invoice, autopay by default. Here's the shape of it.
Your payment method
The card you saved at checkout is the one associated with your account, and it's what your monthly invoice bills to. Your first invoice lands the day your first line is activated. Need to change the card? You can do that yourself.
Autopay
Autopay is on by default. Each month, your invoice is charged to your card on file automatically — nothing to remember, no login required, no late fees to worry about. If a payment ever fails (expired card, new card number), we'll reach out so your service isn't interrupted.
What's on the invoice
Your monthly amount is your plan price per line, plus taxes and regulatory fees that vary by where you live. Two guides break it down further:
- Understand your first payment — why the first invoice is a little higher than the rest.
- Understand charges on your account — the anatomy of a normal monthly bill.
Where to see everything
Your invoices and payment history live in your Wizard account — web app or mobile app. And if anything on a bill ever looks off, ask us about it.
