Finding your IMEI and EID

Find your phone's ID numbers in your settings, or dial *#06# on any phone.

The IMEI and EID are ID numbers for your phone — we use them to set up your service. The IMEI (15 digits) identifies the phone itself; the EID (32 digits) identifies its built-in eSIM chip.

The universal way

Dial *#06# in your phone app — works on any phone, iPhone or Android. The IMEI (and on eSIM-capable phones, the EID) pops up on screen instantly.

Through your settings

  1. Open Settings, tap General, then About.
  2. Scroll down — you'll see the EID and IMEI listed.
  3. On dual-SIM phones there's an IMEI per SIM slot; grab the one for the line you're moving.

A tip that saves everyone time

Screenshot the screen instead of retyping. These numbers are long, and a single transposed digit can quietly stall an activation. A screenshot of your About screen (or the *#06# popup) is exactly what we want when you send us your details.

If the phone won't power on, iPhones also print the IMEI on the SIM tray (iPhone 13 and newer) and on the barcode of the original box.
