Who can join the wireless plan?

Our wireless plan is for members who are switching from another carrier. If you're currently with AT&T, Verizon, Visible, Mint, Cricket, or just about anyone else, you can bring your number and your phone and we'll handle the whole move.

The one exception: current T-Mobile customers

We only support transfers to T-Mobile if you're coming from a different network. That means if you're on T-Mobile today, we can't transfer your existing number to our plan.

You still have options:

• Start fresh with a new number. We can set you up with a brand-new number on the plan — everything else works exactly the same.
• Wait for our AT&T plan. We're planning to launch a plan on the AT&T network, expected to go live this fall.

What else you need

Beyond the carrier requirement, your phone needs to be on our supported list, paid off, and unlocked. Our compatibility checklist walks through all three in a couple of minutes.
